Shipping Questions
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Soothezy offers free worldwide shipping to most countries. We’re happy to deliver our products to you, no matter where you are.
How long does shipping take?
We offer a range of shipping options for your convenience:
Free Tracked Shipping: 8-15 business days
Secure Tracked Shipping: 5-8 business days
Express Tracked Shipping: 3-5 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak sales periods.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. If you encounter any issues with your tracking number or delivery, please reach out to the courier directly. Allow 1-4 days for tracking updates. In rare cases, tracking info may not update right away, but rest assured your order will still arrive. If you’re concerned, feel free to contact us after the estimated delivery date.
Order Questions
Can I cancel my order?
Our order process is automated to ensure fast and accurate deliveries. If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us with your order number within 24 hours. We can’t guarantee cancellations after this window, but we’ll do our best to assist.
Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
Absolutely! Simply add all the products you’d like to purchase to your shopping bag, then click "Checkout." You can find your cart by clicking the bag icon in the top right corner. This way, you’ll save time and shipping costs by ordering everything together.
I received an email asking me to verify my order details. What does this mean?
We have a secure payment system in place. If our system flags your order as a potential fraud risk—such as using a credit card from a different country than where the order is placed—we’ll place your order on hold and contact you for verification to ensure your safety and that of the cardholder.
Will my items be shipped in one package?
For logistical reasons, some items from the same order may be sent in separate packages to ensure quality and protection. Please keep this in mind when receiving your deliveries.
Payment Questions
I purchased an item recently, but it’s now discounted. Can I get the lower price?
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed before a promotion are not eligible for a discount retroactively. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there are discrepancies or misuse of offers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
When will my credit card be charged?
Once your credit card is authorized, your bank may hold the funds for up to 30 days. Please check with your bank for specific details. If you’re using a debit card, verify with your bank regarding any withdrawal limits. If additional identification is needed, we’ll contact you by email.
I haven’t received my refund yet. Why is that?
First, check your bank account and contact your credit card company as it may take a few days for your refund to appear. If it’s still not showing, get in touch with your bank, as there’s often a processing period. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to reach out to us.
What currency will be used when I place my order?
Prices on the website are shown in the currency you select, but all final transactions are processed in USD. For international orders, your bank will determine the exchange rate. When you receive a refund, the amount returned will match the original payment. Please note, we’re not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates.
